General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Callous on penis is commonly caused by rubbing & friction from excessive masturbation, sex or wearing too tight trousers. Applying too much pressure physically on the penis may make it susceptible for callous. You are suggested not to wear fabrics that rub against the penis. Take some time off from self pleasure, let the callous go away on its own. Do moderate masturbation. Use lubricants. You can apply vitamin E based creams or take vitamin E, Evion-400, one daily for 15 days. If sexually active & with multiple partners, get STD tests done to stay on the safer side.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
