What causes a purple bruise with a white center? I ve also had chills and sweated at night. I think I had fever a few days ago but I didn t take my temperature..I ve had unusual headaches and been feeling tired. Amd now this purple bruise with a paler center appeared on my arm

Please send a photo of the purple bruise to me for further evaluation.
If it is really bruised, this means you might have hit to any object that caused the bruising. The paler center means the hit was more than 3 or 4 days ago. Now it is disappearing on its own. It might require another few days to get completely cleared.
Now, what worries me the presence of high temperature and feeling tired a few days ago at the same time when the bruise might have appeared without getting noticed by you.
To me if it is like a bully eye, I suspect of possible Lyme disease. That's why the evaluation of the photo is really important.
