I was getting in the shower and noticed on my right breast underneath my nipple a large hard vain that s what protruding and curvy is there now that wasn t yesterday what could it be and what do I do do I seek medical attention now it doesn t hurt and I m not pregnant

get locally examined by doctor. can be mastitis.nanography should be done. by palpation it can be seen whether other nodular mass is there.after examination and investigation, treatment can be decided.
