What Causes A Prominent Vein And Pain In Shoulder?
a vien in my shoulder just popped out and went back to normal for no apparent reason, it hurt when it was happening and even though it looks normal it still hurts some, the pain is not really bothering me but that has never happened before and im wondering why it happened and is it normal?

This happens in cases where there is muscle tightness and due to which the appearance of blood vessels occur out of compression. Do the regular simple free exercise for the shoulder and you should be fine. Nothing much to worry.
