What Causes A Pimple-like Spot Near The Anal Region?
I havery pimple kind of thing on the edge of my anal and is swelling sometime and become bumpy when I push on it some sort of liquid will run out of it through my anal. The reason I said anal is because a sort of hole between my anal and the pimple kinda thing. Simply it feel like I have pinworm and aches and swelling. I am having this pimple sort of thing on my anal edge for more than 12 year just scared to operate. Note: one my home doctor told me that is call pistool I don t if am spelling it correctly but is sounds like pistool.

Your Doctor said about pistool is basically called a Fistula-in-ano.
Since this is present for 12 years the following things are advisable:
First of all consult a General Surgeon or a Proctologist for clinical evaluation, examination and advise further studies like Fistulogram to know the stage which are either high anal or low anal fistula.
If this is a low anal fistula then simple surgery will cure your problem.
If this is a high anal fistula then you may needs surgery in 2 stages as per the experience and choice of your operating surgeon.
There is no medical treatment for such a disease hence go for surgery asap.
