General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think it can be warts and if it is confirmed it can be treated with salicylic acid patches.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
