I was running up my concrete porch steps and hit my shin, it was only bout an hour ago but I have sense put ice in it but there is a bump that hurts to touch and there is still a bit of pain and I m not sure if I hit my toe but my toe is and has been numb sense the fall. Should I be worried and do either of these symptoms require a doctor?

Hello dear. So a local injury manifests in the form of lump and pain. Ideally it should heal on its own in 7 days. However, if the swelling and redness persists, then visit a doctor.
Thanks and regards
