What Causes A Mass Of Tissues To Protrude From The Anus?

i have a small mass of tissue which protrudes out when i excrete. i do not have any constipation problems or bleeding so far. the tissue goes back to its original loction after about 5 minutes of excretion. what is the best treatment to do at this stage now.

- sitz bath regularly .
- high fiber diet to gets soft , smooth bowel evacuations .
