Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns....

As per your complain it seems the greyish and brown discolouration of your gums is due to reaction with the metal present in the crown..
It may have higher extension towards the gums and it needs to be checked by the dentist and corrected..
The next thing is that if you have feeling of something present in the throat can be due to throat infection, acid reflux etc..
The yellow bump over the tonsil and a hole in palatoglossal arch can be due to infection in throat..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned according to the confirmatory diagnosis..
As of now you can do warm saline gargles and gargle with antimicrobial mouthwash..
Sip on plenty of warm water and avoid spicy and hard foods..
Maintain a good oral hygiene..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
