What Causes A Lump In The Pelvic Bone Area In Infant?

My 1-year old baby girl has this little (some kind of a) lump in the pelvic bone area. I tried to feel it, it s soft, movable something like it s a lump in a nerve (at least that was how it felt). I am not sure if it s painful but my daughter gets irritated if i touch it. She had two injections in both of her legs about 2 weeks ago. I hope this is not serious. There is also something near her collar bone, a small lump-like feel -- something like a very very small bump on the bone.
