What Causes A Lump Halfway Down On The Penis?

hi i need help i have like a lump ting halfway down my penis when i try squezing it and that it soetimes gets a bit bigger and its like it moves abit when i play with it to try get rid of it if had it a while please can you help and tell me what it is i want it gone
