Hi, I am 11 days post op epigastric repair with sutures not mesh. I have developed a hard lump in the same place as the original hernia. It is not painful and the wound is clean and healed. It does not reduce when I lie down. I was careful with all ADL post op, but now feel that I can do a lot more I have been out walking every day since 4 days post op. Have I done too much, is this a recurrence and what should I do
