About a week ago I was sitting on a low bench and turned to my right to grab a shoe off the floor and I felt like I crushed something in my abdomen. A few days later I had a 2” wide by 4” long bruise on my right side about 3 inches to the right of my bellybutton and just a bit higher. I am overweight and likely drink too much but other than that I am in pretty good health. I walk daily and rarely get sick. Any thoughts on what I may have done?
