My boyfriend has a big ulcer on his balls his hands has peeled before and the doctor told him something about lymphs and they asked have he had herpes because of lumps in his pelvic area please help I m scared I ve been checked myself twice and nothing has popped up negative

Such lesion could be due to some infection initially this might be infective boil and later on this might have turned into ulcer, now most of the time such ulcer may need clinical examination for further management, hope this information helps, take care
