General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome.

I would request you to go into a clinic and request a check on herpes. If at all herpes is confirmed, write to me using our paid service and I shall prescribe you anti-viral medication to help battle the infection which would be the main cause for the labio-oral ulcers. If herpes is ruled out, we can look into other causes like nutrient deficiencies, heat sores, contact dermatitis, etc.

Best wishes.
