Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Since the biopsy of knot behind the knees has been taken, kindly wait for the histo-pathology report to come. Based on the report, treatment can be planned and executed. Kindly consult your doctor for appropriate management on arrival of the report.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
