I have a hollow sound in my left ear....my voice is louder, but other sounds are not loud....no pain, i had it about a week ago and ended up with vertigo....vomited my guts out.....and now that hollow sound is back again.....what could it be and what should I do
It may be due to specific pressure change s in the internal ear. Please see a clinician otolaryngologist for evaluation and management. He will examine your ear by an otoscope.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
