i have a hole near my right ear.. i really dont think ive had it all my life... im 29 now.. a friend noticed the hole when i was around 16-18 yrs old? it started as white crust then when i squeezed it pus came out . and now every so often i have to squeeze out the pus .. what is this? and why do i have it? ive read things like enlarged pore.. what is your opinion?
