What Causes A Hard, Painful Lump On Collarbone?

Hello doctor I have a lump on my right collarbone, near the shoulder. The lump is hard, rises approximately 1cm, is about 7 cm around. It is fairly circular and extremely painful. The pain is sharp and burning, constant at roughly a 4 with short intense bursts to 7-9. This occurs whether movement occurs or the area is stationary

Hi Dear
A lump that is hard and if growing rapidly and is painful should be looked with high degree of suspicion, i will suggest you to go for and USG and FNAC (Fine needle aspiration cytology) examination to know the exact nature and treatment of the lump.
