What Causes A Fluttering Sensation In The Upper Abdomen?

HI Dr. Radhaskrishna. Thank you for your time and expertise. I am having right upper quadrant abdominal fluttering with a sense of fullness x 1 month. Originally there was pain radiating to mid back, sharp in nature, which was relieved by myofasical massage therapy (so most of it was positional). The fluttering recently started. Prior x 2 months was a sense of fullness, even after eating a meal. Now fullness can be felt with bending over towards right side and when palpated, mild tenderness. I am female, post menopausal age 55, 64 inches tall and 295 lbs. No prior history of abdominal issues other than indigestion resolved by zantac and irritable bowel when I eat something I am sensitive to. I have high blood pressure, am estrogen dominant, hypothyroid, low adrenal function (hydrocortisone replacement) and am a recently diagnosed type 2 diabetic maintained by metformin (in the past year). I also have a past history of malignant melanoma of the iris in 1979. My maternal grandfather had stomach or colon cancer passing 1964. I have been very fatigued (more so than usual) for the past few months. I am concerned for malignancy. The region affected seems to be over the bile ducts, pancreas and liver. I appreciate any insights. I am making an appt with digestive services at the local university medical center.
