What Causes A Feeling Of Dizziness, Nausea, Tiredness And Blurred Vision?

I have been feeling dizzy, nauseous, tired, blurred vision for the last two weeks. I had a concussion 3 months ago where I was unconscious for 10 minutes. I had a follow up ct scan today and it reads I have no bleeding but I have slightly larger lateral ventricles for my age? What does that mean and what can cause larger ventricles?
