General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Most of the times its very difficult to stop restyl and benzodiazepines all together after this long use. I would personally like to gradually decrease it over a time of few months to stop it. Generally, we reduce the dose by 10 to 20 every fifteen days to stop it. I would like you should talk to your doctor and express your concern.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman
