What Causes A Dry Mouth And Tongue At Night?
Hi. I am 35 and for the last 3 weeks I have been waking during the night with a dry mourn and tongue. When I wake half my younger is a dry brown colour. I have been drinking water to try and keep the mouth moist but this is now resulting in me waking every 2 hours with a need to urinate and with the mouth very dry. For the last week my poo has been more liquidy and has not been fully solid.

firstly have your blood sugar tested,rule out diabetus .then you canstart with lot of fluids.ayurved science diagnosis would trusna vyadhi. a hima preparation with chandan,rakta chandan,ushir,nagarmotha, laaja would help.
