I have this spot on the side of my foot kind of by my pinky toe its hard skin, looks really dry itches at times, it started out as a patch of bumps at first. Now it looks to be getting worse. Kind of whitet colored maybe 1 layer deep and I think the same thing is happening to my finger...?

Welcome to HCM.
These type of foot problems may be due friction or chronic rubbing with part of footware. Is it itchy? Repeated itching may also lead to it. The lesion may get secondarily infected. At that moment you can check whether it's getting rubbed with footware & if possible change that. Take antihistamines to avoid itching that will break the itching cycle.Along with that you can apply urea 10 cream twice daily for 3 weeks. Please consult a dermatologist & get examined if no cure. Good luck.
