I have had a dizzy spell every three to four days since Nov. 3. My neck is popping on one side when I walk or move my head close to base of skull. I have sinus drainage and was treated with Amoxicillin and Mucinex. I have pressure in my temples. BP is normal, blood sugar is normal as I have been checking on daily basis bp 128/80 blood sugar 94-100. The dizzy spell lasts a second or less, just enough to scare me, but I do feel like blood vessels are going to explode in my temples at times. Pain on right nasal passage that goes straight through to my skull.CT w/o dye shows no abnormalities. 52 years old smoker less than a pack a day for many years. Could something besides clogged arteries be causing this? No movement when dizzy spells onset.
