What Causes A Dent On Left Side Of The Penis?

I have been getting treatment for peyronies disease with Xailflex injections and have noticed a considerable improvement. im on my 3rd cycle. I still have a significant dent located on the left side of my penis half way up from the base. Is this from a penile fracture or peyronies? The curvature has improved but the dent still remains. The dent has been there ever since I realized I had an issue with my penis. My penis doesn t hurt but clearly dented on the left side. Any advise?
