What Causes A Dent And Pain In The Middle Of The Skull?
I have noticed a dent in my skull...more so in the middle of my head, there s mild pain. What could be the cause, should I be worried? I ve had no head injuries...had a stroke or tia a year ago, have some heart problems such as fluttering nd heart palpitations
As you are having heart problems, my advice is to keep regular follow-ups with your cardiologist to evaluate the status of your cardiovascular system.
With regards to the dent in your skull, most probably could be due to local injury although you do not recall any local hit.
Should consult with a dermatologist first to rule out skin issues. If nothing is found, a neurologist to consult further and run MRI of head and skull to determine the right diagnosis.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
