Thanks for using health Care magic.

Read your query.

The signs can symptoms suggests a canker sore(apthous ulcers) which is usually due to increased stress level, anemia ,Vitamin B deficiency and food related .

I would advice you to apply mucopain/dentogel on the lesions two or three times daily till it heals .healing time will be around a week.

Avoid stress and have a nutritious diet .Multi-vitamin supplement can be taken. If still persistent, consult an oral surgeon.

Use an antiseptic mouth wash for a while and avoid spicy food.

Hope this was helpful.
Thanks and regards.
