What Causes A Carbuncle On Upper Buttocks?

I have what I believe to be a carbuncle on my right upper buttock that is about3 inches in diameter red and hot no head how do I treat this ? I m super fatigued and had my very 1st carbuncle on my back near my right shoulder that was about 5 inches long it came out of nowhere I shower daily and am very clean I ve also had pain in bottom of my right foot (bottom of my heel below my toes like walking on boils with slight lumps foot itches in those areas and foot swells a bit with shooting pains in my foot at random like neuropathy could the carbuncles have something to do with this since boil on buttock has appeared pain has lessened in my foot!?

Carbuncle forms due to infection of hair follicles leading to accumulation of pus. Carbuncles are managed by antibiotics and drainage of pus. I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for treatment.
