What Causes A C-section Scar Lump?

I had a c-section 16 years ago. About 3 years ago I noticed a big (pencil eraser size) bump on my scar. I thought it was an ingrown hair and tried to pop it. I got some puss out but mostly dark blood. It never really went away, it was just a darp purple spot. Yesterday morning while I was in the shower I noticed the spot was a hard bump again. It was pretty sore. I tried popping it and nothing came out. I went to the restroom a few hours later and notice puss oozing out of it. I sweezed it until blood came out of it. for the rest of the say a clearish red liquid continued to ooze out of it. Today it is sore, not too swollen and not really oozing. Could this be scar tissue, or an ingrown hair, or something else

Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion it might be an infected lump.I suggest you to consult doctor as you might need antibiotics.Dont worry. It might not be related to scar tissue. It might be a soft tissue infection. It will subside with antibiotic course.
