What Causes A Burning Sensation At The Tip Of The Penis During Urination?
Hi Dr....For the past few days when i pee the head of my penis burns (not the shaft part of it) I technically feel like it burns where the head and the shaft of the penis joins each other on the inside..i also noticed that i ve been having discharge for the past few days as well..any suggestions why would something like that occur?

I really appreciate your concern, such burning in micturition may be due to infection and this need to be ruled out and differentiated or else this can be managed with "Tab Ofloxacin 400 mg" twice in day for two days only, drink more water, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
