What Causes A Bump Over A Bruised Spot?
I was running across a football field about a month ago and when I went to slow down I slid into the goal post and it bruised instantly so I put ice on it and now i have a bump about the size of half a baseball and it is completly numb. Do you have any idea why?

It's accumulated of blood after trauma.
Apply alternating warm and cold compresses to disperse the accumulated blood and byproducts.
If still no improvement, follow up with orthopedic doctor.
