I m a 24 yr old hispanic male. For some reason lately i ve been family an uncomfortable feeling in my lower stomach testicle and inner thigh. They all occur at different times so it s never all at once and it s never really been painful. I ve felt a tight heavyness in both my testicals at different times over the last few weeks and find myself moving slower and more careful as it feels tight in the area. The tightness then moves to my inner left thigh and sends a very slight numbing feeling through my left leg. As for my stomach my left side seems to have a small bulge that starts at the middle of my stomach. Any ideas what it could be? Should I go to the E.R. ?
