What Causes A Bloody Nasal Discharge?

I had a cold in December. Stuffy head, cough, sore throat. I went to doc to make sure not flu. Test was negative. I went through 2 rounds of z-packs and one of Augmentin. Everything finally went away except runny nose. 2 months later it s still here and when I blow my nose it s bloody. Could I have blown so hard I busted something in my nose that makes it keep running? There also seems to be a tickle in left nostril that makes me sneeze which continues the cycle of blowing. I have never had allergies and even if I did I don t think this is normal. Thank you!
