Hello,

A few possibilities of your blister on little finger may be dyshidrotic eczema, palmoplantar pustular psoriasis, bullous pemphigoid, epidermolysis bullosa, allergic contact dermatitis, friction blisters or blister due to burn. Treatment depends upon the cause of blister. Please do consult a dermatologist for accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

Until then do not cover the blister. Keep the area clean with antiseptic solution. Apply Mupirocin ointment on the blister. If it's painful, take tab. Acetaminophen or tab. Ibuprofen for pain relief.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
