What Cause Pain In The Breast Bone Above The Abdomen?

my breast bone hurts right above my stomach. sometimes it hurts my back and sides. it feels horrible and i was wondering why that would happen. what can i do to get it to stop? it comes and goes but never really around my period. it hurts so bad at times that it makes me sick and then it still hurts. It keeps me from getting comfortable and wakes me up during the night. i'm a 20 year old female, im about 5'9 or 5'10, i know im over weight at 335 and im trying to lose weight. ive never been able to lose a lot of weight and keep it off. im not sexually active, and ive never had anything really wrong besides my weight.

Noted the history and understood the concerns.
The possible causes for the breast bone pain above stomach and sometimes back and sides can be as follows:
Inflamed Xiphisternum
Costochondritis.
Fibromyalgia and so on.
This can be diagnosed by the following ways:
Consult your Doctor for an actual examination.
X-ray chest for ruling out any internal problems that may mimic the pain as you have.
Ultrasonography of abdomen.
This will allow the exact diagnosis and thus a proper management.
You may need a course of an anti-inflammatory medication and oral steroid if required provided there is no other disease.
Take rest.
Avoid stress and anxiety.
