hi ...am raj i was doing workouts form past one year and nothing wrong happened but from the last two days when i jogged and was relaxing i just found out the pain in my right testical and pain will reduce when i sit idle and once when i start walking the pain start....can you please tell me the problem i had and cure for this...
Hi Raj. This is a classical finding in patients with recurrent torsion of a testis. This is the most probable diagnosis I can think of is because of your history of getting pain on walking and reducing on rest. The pain comes as while walking or exercising the muscles by which the testis is attached to the abdominal musculature is contracted pulling the testis up but while doing so there is a cork-screw action of these muscles causing the torsion or rotation, which causes the pain. Of course there are other reasons too like orchitis and ll. The best of getting a diagnosis is a clinical examination by an Urologist ... and may be ultrasonography with color doppler study..
Get a diagnosis done . If there is a torsion , a single-stitch operation will solve your problem .,
