Hi,

It may be lichen urticatus most probably. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. The condition may be due to hypersensitivity to the insect bite. So, take all precautions to keep him away from insects. Apply mild steroid cream on the lesions. Give him a course of oral steroid in tapering dose. To relieve itch, give him antihistaminics like atarax 10 mg daily.

Hope this helps.
