Hi i can understand your concern... In viral infection fever, bodyache , uneasiness common... Here you might have viral flu... It might be rhinitis , sinusitis , sore throat or bronchitis like condition. It might be allergic cause also.... Get your CBC done...If lymphocytosis then viral and if eosinophilia then allergic cause suspected. Take antihistaminc for relief from inflammation... Oxymetazoline like decongestent useful... Lots of fluid taken.... If sore throat troublesome gargle by antiseptic solution like diluted iodine can be done....... Steam inhalation needed if sinusitis like condition there...
