What Cause A High Temperature Of About 99.9?

I've been running a temperature of 99.1 and goes up to 99.9 pretty much everyday for months. If I take my temp a few times in a row it's always jumping up and down from that range. What could be wrong with me? I'm very fatigue and I go to the gym to try and help with the energy.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. As you having a mild rise in temperature you should rule out tuberculosis or any chronic inflammatory conditions like chronic sinusitis or pharyngitis. If you have cough and sputum a sputum AFB should be taken and a chest X ray.In case of any nasal block or heaviness of head a sinusitis should be ruled out and if throat irritation a pharyngitis also.A blood routine also should be done and look for anemia and ESR.A TSH also should be taken as thyroid irregularities also give a high temperature.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
