What Casues Stomach Cramps After Having Ice Cream?

I seems like every time I eat ice cream later I get sever stomach cramps and I can t go to the bathroom so I walk around drink water and keep feeling like I have diarrhea cramps but can t go I sweat fell like I m going to puke then finally when I do go it s like diarrhea what is this from ice cream

Stomach ache and diarrhea after ingesting ice cream leads me to believe you have lactose intolerance. Does it occur after eating cheese, drinking milk or any other dairy products? If so you should avoid dairy and may use lactaid pills if you can't stay away from ice cream.
