What Casues Severe Pain In The Sinus After Choking Up On Food?

Hallo! I was eating my breakfast this morning and on my last mouthful, I popped in my vitamin pill and allopurinol and took a sip of water to swallow. But I ended up coughing and getting food and med in my nostril. I blew out most of the food and the allopurinol came out whole. I did not see the vitamin pill and forgot about it until I came home and now my sinuses are hurting badly. I also have a feeling of something stuck inside. Would it be the vitamin pill stuck inside the sinus? I did rinse my sinuses using a neti pot but I did not see anything come out. Do I need to get to a doctor asap or can I wait tonight and check in tomorrow. The vitamin pill is a little bigger pill than the 300 mg allopurinol. Please advise.

Hai
Sinus openings are actually small. It may not able to accommodate a pill at least in this scenario. However if you continue to feel pain in nostrils, foreign body sensation. Get a ENT surgeon opinion
Thank you
