What Casues Severe Headache Along With Dizziness?
Ive had a massive headache for 3 days, nothing helps. now this morning I woke choking on what I though was a nose bleed. it wasn t and I have a warn brown liquid dripping from my nose. both of my ears hurt where as only the left side has over the weekend and only the left side of my throat hurts when I swallow. I m a little dizzy and my vision was blurry

As per your history is concerned you need a through physical examination to ruled out any neurological deficits present. or not.Check your vital sign BP,PULSE,RR rate,TEMP time to time .Do a CT or MRI to ruled out neurological pathology.Thanks
