What Casues Reccuring Pain In The Chest?

Hi, I am having a on an off pain in my left chest (near to my heart) that seems to connect to the same pain in my left feet (more to the toes-right where you will stands If you would tip your toes). I ell the pain at the same time at the same place. They are definitely connected. What could this be, my family have a history of diabetes and hbp

As per your history is concerned please make an Electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction velocity (NCV) to ruled out TTS and fasting blood sugar for diabetic.
