What Casues Numbness In The Testcle?

Hello my boyfriend and I have been trying to conceive for the last year. I even used an ovulation kit. We have been unsuccessful. I have had 2 children he has not. He has one testicle that doesn t hurt but is what he would call numb, like he can turn it around. I have irregular cycles and a cyst on my ovary. I had a mildly hyperactive thyroid for a few months of the year we have tried. We are at a stand still because we are unsure if its him or me

Hi,
Failure to conceive may be because of either partner. Howe'ver we first test for the male as most of the times only a single test would disclose whether he has issue or not .That is if he gets a semen analysis done if that is normal then probably he is fine if that's is abnormal then it is problem is his.
On the other hand wee need extensive tests for female to know .So I would advise he should get his semen analysis done if that is normal then would need work up for you.
In would also advise he should get an ultrasound of his testes as well.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
