What Casues Muscle Spasms And Chest Pain?

ok. thx. give me a minute my 78 yr old father who lives 100 miles away fell on his bed frame foot board yesterday. He saw the doc today but the doc didn t think is was cracked. He got an xray. dont have results because the office closed early today. now he is having severe muscle spasms and pains in his chest. Both my parents cant drive at night. Dad is halfway out of his recliner but can t move b/c the spasms hurt so much. they live in a small town with a volunteer EMT crew but i don t know if they have paramedics. Can my mom do something to help at this point?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is best to visit ER, immediately and get the necessary resuscitation done as it looks like coronary artery spasm and some developing coronary artery pathology. If neglected it may complicate to fatal life conditions. Visit ER and get him treated & get all investigations(Ecg, Electrocardiogram, Angiography) done.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
