What Can Rotten Smell From Rectum Indicate?

I have a rotten odour all the time from rectum shower twice a day and still present. It burns a lot when I pass a bowel movement. Hemorroid are present but not bleeding at all. I smell like stinky bum all the time a rotten smell and I am embarrassed.

Hi,

Since you have hemorrhoid, the rotten smell may be due to infection at the site or due to constant wet in the region. I advice you to keep the area dry and also clean the area after defecation with povidine iodine solution. Have sitz bath twice a day. Defecation should be done once a day and avoid more frequent defecation.

Consult your doctor once to check for the grade or hemorrhoid and for further management.
