What Can Left-sided Pain In The Lower Rib Cage Be Related To?

4 weeks before I started feeling minor pain in my left lower back ribcage during early morning only. It kept increasing night by night. It started spreading towards right back rib cage and then upwards to entire back ribcage. I usually go to bed at 11 and after 4/5 hours of sleep I start feeling the pain when I am lying on back and when I change position and lye on stomach the pain goes away. It happens in early morning only before I wake up and after waking up the pain goes away completely. But today morning after 4 weeks I felt pain in entire ribcage back and front and even changing position was not helping from pain. But when I woke up the pain went way but I feel kind of fever. I also would like to mention that during these 4 weeks my bowel movements are not good it is not constipation but kind of unsatisfactory or need to go multiple times. Also I started having bad breathe and I can feel myself. Also I feel some burning in urine as well. All these symptoms could be related to one problem? I do not smoke or drink. Please suggest.
