Hi Doctor,
Am 25 years old & weighing 52 KGs. I understand my weight is not upto what a 25 yrs guy should. Though i have food regularly & in more than enough quantity, am not able to gain weight & looking thin. Due to this i still look like a 16yrs boy.
I increased the quantity of food but still its not showing any kind of impact on my physic.
Can you pls let me know what can be done to gain weight & to become fat.

Hello, Thank you for writing to HCM
Take threptin biscuit, one daily for 3 months. Do not skip meals. Take 2 egg white along with your meal. If you are a vegetarian take a cup of curd and a banana along with your meals daily. Take snacks in between meals like handful of nuts or fruit juice. You can do weight training to build up muscles.
