What Can Cause Yellow Mucous And Pain Afer Laparoscopic Surgery?

Hi, I had laparscopic surgery last week (8 days ago) with an extra-uterine coil removed. I am in good health, and am 28 years old. The incisions were derma bonded, however this has come out, and the wound still seems fairly open at 1 end. I am still experiencing significant pain at the incision site, and it is oozing yellow mucus. Do I have an infection?
